Safety, Security, Health and Environment (SSHE) Officer |

Main Responsibilities:
- Support all other functions to achieve high level of SHE performance by providing training and coaching, including employee induction training and refresher training.
- Liaise with authorities on SHE matters.
- Conduct off-site SSHE audit like supplier, toller, off-site warehouse, sales office etc. and track the post audit action completion.
- Act as a contact point to support the completion of SSHE improvement plan in off-site location.
- Monitor and lead regular review of SHE procedures, and ensure their compliance.
Report monthly SSHE performance in database.
- Support sales office/off-site warehouse to conduct emergency drill.
- Investigate incident with local team and ensure corrective actions completed on time.
- Liaise wit other SSHE colleagues on SSHE matters sharing and communication.
- Support national SSHE manager to coordinate SSHE promotion and publicity in on-site location.
Job Requirements:
- To do the job fully and well, the incumbent must be conversant with the installation, the SSHE system of work and the influencing skills in order to deliver the results.
- The job holder is expected to possess exemplary initiatives to create behavior changes among the shop floor staff in order to achieve the aspirations of the company.
- SSHE requirements are fast changing. The job holder must keep up with the new legislation of the country and the new initiatives of the company.
- The job holder needs to interact and work with all levels of staff within the company. Externally, the main contacts will be the regulatory authorities.
- The job holder must have tertiary education, with a minimum of two years of relevant post graduation working experience.
- The job holder must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
- The job holder shall believe in SSHE eagerly and has passion to promote SSHE culture with team under pressure.

Experience in on site inspection relating to coatings is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and maintain a company SSHE awareness program to ensure the highest level of understanding of the company’s SSHE objectives both within ICI and amongst contractors, vendors and other service providers associated with ICI.
- Develop and implement plans to monitor, report and reduce the companies impact on the Environment ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
- Develop implement and report SSHE date to database monthly.
- Lead incident investigation and draw the root cause once incident occurred; Organize SSHE awareness programs for all staff regularly.
- Create and administer procedures for, and records of, the company SSHE activities to demonstrate compliance with statutory and corporate requirements. (e.g. RCMS, ISO 14000, annual legal review etc.)
